Tara, originally from Tennessee, relocated to Texas when she joined the Hendrix team in December 2022.
With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources spanning various industries, including printing and automotive, she has developed a fascination for the quartz manufacturing process. Tara is thrilled to be part of a team that prioritizes creating a positive culture, where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to be their best self.
Outside of work, Tara finds joy in her faith and cherishes time with her family. She’s obsessed with collecting plants, and is equally passionate about music, chasing Texas sunsets, and embarking on wild outdoor adventures.
