Eager to pursue my academic aspirations, Sara ventured to California and enrolled at the University of California Irvine to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biology. Driven by a curiosity for knowledge, she went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Biology at Texas A&M University.

Throughout her academic career, Sara has gained a wealth of experience in the field of Molecular and Cell Biology by serving as a staff researcher, scientific researcher, and postdoctoral fellow. These roles allowed her to actively participate as a mentor and guide young scientists. They also enabled her to grow as a team leader and to continuously innovate in her field.

When she is not engrossed in work, Sara channels her creativity into building skateboards. She finds joy in practicing soccer and boxing. Sara also cherishes spending quality time with her family in the peaceful retreat of camping.
