Ryan Duboise
Director of Quartz Manufacturing
Ryan joined the Hendrix team in August 2022 as the Director of Quartz Manufacturing. Prior to his time at Hendrix, Ryan founded a business in the landscape, excavation, and construction industries.
After fifteen years of growing a successful business, Ryan and his family decided to sell and move south. During the transition, Ryan found an amazing opportunity as an operations manager in the quartz manufacturing industry. Over the next 8 years, he helped build three manufacturing plants from dirt to full 24/7 operations. Ryan then spent some time in South Carolina, helping a friend operationalize his custom home building business before making his way back into the quartz industry at Hendrix.
Ryan is first and foremost a proud husband, father of 4, and grandfather of 2. Outside of work, Ryan spends his time devoted to his family. He enjoys the outdoors and staying active. Ryan is very passionate about common sense leadership principles, coaching our next generation of great leaders, and always striving to continuously improve in every aspect of life.
