Rudy Flores Jr.
Environmental & Facilities Manager
Rudy Flores Jr. joined Hendrix Industries in 2022 shortly after retirement. He previously served as a
public servant and holds several licenses from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
At a young age, he loved woodworking and fixing things, so he enrolled and received a certificate in Building Repair, Maintenance, & Utilities Management from the West Technical Education Center in Florida where he grew up. Rudy proudly served four years in the United States Marine Corps and attributes his core values to the Marines. On his days off, he loves spending time with GOD and family.
