John has been working in heavy equipment and heavy industrial maintenance since 1992 across various industries, including forestry products (paper and lumber mills), railroad maintenance, scrap industry, forging and machining Industry, offshore oil drilling and shipping building industries.
Over the course of 31 years, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, continuously improving himself and accepting every challenge that comes his way to expand his knowledge. Throughout his career, John has progressed from an entry-level technician to engineering positions to management.
John is dedicated to his team, believing in leading by example and fostering a mentoring environment. Safety is not merely a slogan for him but a “Core Value” that he prioritizes in all aspects of his work.
During his leisure time, John enjoys working on cars, motorcycles, and farm equipment. He also enjoys woodworking including building furniture, decks, and fences. John is a huge Alabama Football fan “Roll Tide”.
John has been married for 29 years, has 2 adult children, ages 25 and 28, and has 8 dogs of various breeds and sizes.
